We have been supporting women in Poland for 12 years by educating, creating a community, and integrating. Our activities include over 700 networking events and over 30 educational programs. Thousands of women have participated in our educational programs, 450 women’s companies have been created, and 80% of them are still on the market. Annually, 200 business mentors and dozens of business practitioners support women entrepreneurs in business.

Our diverse community:

Over 53,000 professionally active women, from nascent entrepreneurs to established managers and founders, at every stage of business development.  According to PIE data from 2024, almost 900,000 women are owners of actively operating sole proprietorships. Women constitute only about 34% of all sole proprietorship owners in Poland.
